Are you a bouncy castle hire company?
No we are not your normal bouncy castle hire company! We specialise in providing entertainment for younger children which includes a fantastic party package incorporating a bouncy castle, ball pool, soft play as well as a party host and music. These packages are designed to provide plenty of fun for all your little guests while our excellent hosts can help to ensure that the children can play safely during the party.

How best to choose a venue for the party?
We have a list of venues across the Central belt that we have attended before and have halls with sufficient size to accommodate our equipment. We would be happy to recommend these venues to our customers, so please contact us for any advice before looking at a hall.
What length of time are your parties?
Our standard party package is for 2 hours, however longer bookings are available upon request, please do contact us with your requirements.
Do you provide outdoor parties?
As we offer full party packages and specialise in entertainment for younger children, we do not provide packages for outdoor use, as we want to keep the equipment as clean as possible.
What does the party host do?
Our party hosts always receive great reviews from our customers for helping to remove some of the stress from hosting a party so that the whole family can relax and enjoy the day together! The host will help make sure that all the children have as much fun as possible, while still being able to play safely, as well as helping to organize the guests for lunch and the birthday cake. Our hosts are PVG checked however please be aware that they are not trained child minders and parents or guardians should be present at the party.
How long does it take to setup?
As we offer a full party package and not just an individual bouncy castle, we require a minimum of 30 minutes before and after the party times for setup and break down of the equipment depending on the party package. This can be confirmed at the time of booking.
Do you have public liability insurance?
The safety of all the children attending our parties is our highest priority and as such we do have full public liability insurance as well as adhering to all British standards in association to PIPA and PAT to ensure that our equipment is clean and well maintained.
Can you provide an invoice/receipt?
We are more than happy to provide an invoice to any customer, please feel free to request an invoice at the time of booking if required.
As we work with Children we know that family life can be unpredictable therefore we are happy to reschedule your party for another date at no extra cost (depending on availability). If you wish to cancel your party outright then you will lose your deposit.
Do you provide any discounts?
Here at JoJo’s we value our customers and as such we offer a 20% discount for returning customers. We also work with some great organisations including Edinburgh Gossip Girls, Daisy mums, to which we offer a 10% discount on the package price. Please do inform us at the time of booking if one pf these great offers applies to you.
