Terms & Conditions of JoJo’s Little Party People rentals:

 JoJo's Little Party People requires a deposit to secure your chosen date, this deposit is non refundable.

  1. Please check the size of the hall agents the dimensions of your chosen equipment from us, to ensure that it fits. JoJos little party People do not take responsibility if the party package you have chosen does not fit in the hall you have booked

  2. All our inflatables are designed for use by children of up to 65kgs and should not be used by children over the age of 14.

  3. No food drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Inflatable.

  4. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges must be removed before using Inflatables.

  5. No party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. Failure to adhere will result in a cleaning charge of £20.00

  6. No smoking, cooking or barbecues near Inflatables at any time.

  7. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed at any time, some of our inflatables are designed to have low walls for supervision purposes, on these types of inflatables this rule is exceptionally important, especially when the castle is erected on hard surfaces.

  8. Our party host will help to supervise the party package, however a responsible adult should also be available to help supervise the children. Our party hosts are PVG checked and will arrive at the party in JoJo's Little Party People branded uniform, however please be aware that they are not trained child minders and parents or guardians should be present at the party.

  9. Always ensure that the Inflatable are not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age, size and stature of children using it.

  10. During the booking process, JoJo’s will ask for an estimate of the number of children attending in order to recommend a suitable package that will ensure that all children can play safely. If the number of children attending increases then you must advise JoJo’s so that we can amend the package otherwise a charge may apply.

  11. Ensure that children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

  12. Please allow at least 45 mins before and after your booking time for us to arrive on site to setup and break down the equipment.

  13. Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable during inflation or deflation as this can be extremely dangerous.

  14. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off only.

  15. Ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately.

  16. Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems or who suffers from a heart complaint uses the Inflatable or anyone who is feeling unwell or suffering the effects of alcohol or drugs & Pregnant women may not use any equipment at anytime, In the event that someone is injured, Remove all other children from the unit as safely & as smoothly as possible and DO NOT move the individual, leave the inflatable switched on and dial 999 immediately for advise.

  17. All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your booking with at least 7 days notice you can use your existing deposit to redeem against another future booking.
